Theory Of Operation

The Transmission Control Module (TCM) monitors the Pressure Control Solenoid (PPV-1) (GEAR VALVE 1) and circuits for errors. If the TCM detects an error in the Pressure Control Solenoid (PPV-1) (GEAR VALVE 1) circuit, the DTC will be set.
