When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition is in ACCY position OR the control unit is in power-on state.
Engine is not in cranking mode.
Power supply must be between 7 - 24 volts.
Main Micro Processor (MMP) supply has not failed.
The Park Position Sensor diagnostic has not failed.
The park input circuit diagnostic has not failed.
