When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Check 1 - Vehicle Conditions 1: 
  • Engine is running.
  • There is no gear shift in progress.
  • The clutch is released.
  • The actual gear is not the Neutral.
  • Power supply must be between 7 volts and 24 volts
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
  • The driveline speed diagnostic test has not failed
  • The engine speed wrong value diagnostic test has not failed.
• Check 1 - Vehicle Conditions 2: 
  • The engine is running.
  • The check of touch point is active, the odd clutch is more closed than touch point.
  • Power supply must be between 7 volts and 24 volts.
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
  • The driveline speed diagnostic test has not failed.
  • The engine speed wrong value diagnostic test has not failed.
• Check 1 - Vehicle Conditions 3: 
  • The drive line speed is greater then a calibrated value.
  • The actual gear is an odd gear (1st, 3rd, 5th or Reverse).
  • Power supply is between 7 volts and 24 volts.
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
  • The driveline speed diagnostic test has not failed.
• Check 2: 
  • The engine is running.
  • Power supply must be between 7 volts and 24 volts
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
• Check 3: 
  • The engine is running.
  • No gear shift in progress.
  • Odd clutch is closed.
  • Actual gear is an odd gear (1st, 3rd, 5th or Reverse).
  • Engine speed wrong value diagnostic has not failed.
  • Engine torque is below a threshold.
  • Odd clutch temperature is below a threshold.
  • The derivative of Engine speed is positive.
  • Power supply is between 7 volts and 24 volts.
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
• Check 4: 
  • The drive line speed is greater than a threshold.
  • Actual gear is an odd gear (1st, 3rd, 5th or Reverse).
  • Wheel Speed Left Front signal diagnostic has not failed.
  • Wheel Speed Right Front signal diagnostic has not failed.
  • Power supply must be between 7 volts and 24 volts.
  • Main Micro Processor (MMP) Supply Diagnostics have not failed.
  • The Sensor Power Supply 3 to the Odd Speed Sensor has no electrical failure.
