Air Cleaner Body - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the inlet air temperature sensor electrical connector (3).
3. Disconnect the fresh air makeup hose (4) from the air cleaner housing.
4. Loosen the hose clamp (5) at the throttle body (1). Remove the air inlet hose (2) from throttle body.





5. Disengage the wire harness connector (1) from the starter cable support bracket (2).





6. Disengage the starter cable support bracket (1) from the air cleaner housing.





7. Remove the air cleaner housing hold down fastener.
8. Pull the air cleaner housing straight up off of the locating pins.
