Oil Pressure Relief Valve - Removal

REMOVAL










1. Remove the oil pan. Engine Oil Pan - Removal
2. Remove the pressure relief valve (1) by remove the threaded retaining cap from the oil pump housing.

CAUTION: Oil pump pressure relief valve must be installed as shown or engine damage may occur.

3. Remove spring and relief valve.
