REMOVAL

GUIDE PLATE





1. Remove the Primary Hinge assembly (4), Convertible Soft Top for convertible soft, or Retractable Hard Topfor retractable hard top.
2. Mark the location of the primary hinge guide plate (1).
3. Remove the fasteners that secure the guide plate and remove the guide plate.

SLIDING "Z" REINFORCEMENT PLATE

1. Remove the Primary Hinge assembly, Convertible Soft Top for convertible soft, or Retractable Hard Topfor retractable hard top.
2. Mark the location of the Sliding "Z" reinforcement plate (3), located on then underside of the primary hinge.
3. Remove the fasteners that secure the reinforcement plate and remove the plate.
