Decklid Hinge - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Place hinge in the marked outline of hinge on quarter panel trough and inside of decklid (1).
2. Install bolts (2) attaching hinge to quarter panel trough. Tighten bolts to 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.).
3. Place decklid (1) against padded block and hold it steady.
4. Install bolts attaching hinge to decklid. Tighten bolts to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
5. Install gas prop Gas Prop - Installation ,
6. Close decklid and adjust as necessary.
