Structural Dust Cover - Removal

REMOVAL

STRUCTURAL COLLAR - AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE EQUIPPED










1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove bolts attaching bending strut (4) to engine and transaxle (1).
3. Remove bolts attaching structural collar (2) to engine, oil pan, and transaxle. Remove strut and collar.

STRUCTURAL COLLAR - MANUAL TRANSAXLE EQUIPPED










1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove bolts attaching collar and clutch slave cylinder (1) to transaxle (2).
3. Remove remaining bolts attaching structural collar (4) to oil pan and transaxle. Remove structural collar (4).
