Water Pump Inlet Tube - Installation

WATER PUMP INLET TUBE










1. Inspect the O-ring (2) for damage before installing the tube (1). Replace O-ring (2) as necessary.
2. Lubricate O-ring (2) with MOPAR(R) Dielectric Grease and install inlet tube (1) into the cylinder block opening.










3. Install inlet tube bolts (1) and tighten to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
4. Connect lower radiator hose and heater return hose (2) to inlet tube (3).
5. Install upper radiator closure panel and center brace Radiator Upper Crossmember - Installation.
6. Fill cooling system Service and Repair.
7. Pressure test system. Testing and Inspection
