Oil Galley Plug - Removal

REMOVAL






CAUTION: Excessive use of brake parts cleaner to clean threads in block could cause #5 main bearing failure.

NOTE: Rear plug shown, other plugs are similar.

1. Remove the plug (2) from the engine block.
2. Use Mopar(R) Brake Parts Cleaner (or equivalent) sparingly to clean the block.
