INSTALLATION





1. Install fuel filler tube (2) to the fuel door housing assembly (1).





2. Install fuel filler tube (4) to the fuel tank. Tighten hose clamp (3) to 3 Nm (27 in. lbs.).
3. Install the fuel tube vent line (1) to the quick connect fitting (2).





4. Install filler tube mounting bracket (2) and bolt (1) to the body mount (3). Tighten to 11.5 Nm (101 in. lbs.).
5. Install the inner splash shield, Splash Shield - Installation.
6. Install fuel cap.
7. Connect negative battery cable, tighten nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
