Horn Switch - Operation

OPERATION

When the driver airbag cover is pressed, the horn switch makes contact to ground and a signal is carried over a hardwired input to the Cab Compartment Node (CCN). The CCN then responds by sending a CAN bus message to the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) and the horn sounds.
