Deck Bar Cylinder Position

INSTALLATION





1. Position the deckbar cylinder position switch (2) onto the deckbar cylinder (3) in the vehicle trunk area.
2. Secure the position switch to the deckbar cylinder. Push the switch retainer (4) over the switch (2). Push the position switch retainer locking tab (1) towards the retainer (4) until the two are fully engaged.





3. Secure the position switch to the deckbar cylinder. Position the switch on the underside of the cylinder and push the switch retainer over the switch. Push the position switch retainer locking tab towards the retainer until the two are fully engaged.
4. Connect the position switch (2) wire harness routing clips to the left inner quarter panel.
5. Connect the deckbar cylinder position switch electrical connector (3).
6. Install the left trunk trim panel.
7. Install the rear trunk trim panel.
8. Close the rear decklid.
9. Connect the battery negative cable.
