Panel to Panel Latch Pivot - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. If required, position the microswitch to the pivot assembly and install the rivet.
2. Position the mid panel to panel latch pivot into position on the marks made before removal.
3. Install the four mounting fasteners (1).





4. Install the hydraulic cylinder (3) on the pivot assembly and install the clips (1 and 2) at the ends of the cylinder.
5. Connect the electrical connector to the micro switch.
6. Clip on the horizontal rods that are attached to the panel to panel right and left latch assemblies.
7. Install the mid panel headliner Convertible Top Headliner - Installation.
