DECKBAR Rear Striker

The deckbar rear striker (1) adjusts closing efforts, rear decklid up/down and cross car fits. Adjusting the striker up will cause the rear of the decklid to move upward. Adjusting the striker left or right will cause the rear of the decklid to move cross car. To adjust the closing effort, replace the striker.

1. Loosen the fasteners (3) on the striker.
2. Adjust the sriker up or down as necessary.
3. Adjust the striker left or right as necessary.
4. Tighten the mounting fasteners.
5. Close the decklid and verify proper adjustment.
