1 - TUBE

2 - O-RING

Inspect the O-ring (2) for damage before installing the tube (1). Replace O-ring (2) as necessary.

Lubricate O-ring (2) with MOPAR® Dielectric Grease and install inlet tube (1) into the cylinder block opening.

1 - BOLTS

2 - HOSE - HEATER RETURN

3 - WATER PUMP INLET TUBE

Install inlet tube bolts (1) and tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
Connect lower radiator hose and heater return hose (2) to inlet tube (3).
Install upper radiator closure panel and center brace. Refer to Body/Exterior/CROSSMEMBER, Radiator - Installation .
Fill cooling system. See Cooling - Standard Procedure .
Pressure test system. See Cooling - Diagnosis and Testing
