Pulley, Idler: Installation: Installation

1 - IDLER PULLEY FASTENER
2 - IDLER PULLEY
  1. Position pulley (2) in mounting position. Install fastener securing idler pulley (1) to front of engine. Torque fastener to 28 N.m (250 in. lbs.).
  2. Install accessory drive belt. See Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Installation .
  3. Install belt splash shield.
  4. Lower vehicle.
  5. Connect negative battery cable.
