Clearance too Small

  1. Remove camshafts. See Engine/Cylinder Head/CAMSHAFT, Engine - Removal .
  2. Specification - clearance = change.
  3. Decrease tappet thickness by change figure.
  4. Install camshafts. See Engine/Cylinder Head/CAMSHAFT, Engine - Installation .
  5. Verify that valve lash is correct.
