Possible Causes

INPUT OR OUTPUT SPEED SENSOR
TRANSMISSION RANGE SENSOR
TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)

Always perform the CVT Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Transmission Control (TCM) - Standard Procedure  .
