The crankshaft sprocket on the SRT4 engine has friction washers attached to both sides of the sprocket. The washers have four clips that attach them to the sprocket. The washers are designed to remain on the sprocket during disassembly and assembly. The friction washers are serviced as an assembly with the sprocket.
