Coolant Supply Line

- Raise and support the vehicle on hoist.
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling - Standard Procedure .
- Remove the coolant hoses from the after run pump. Remove the hose at the pump to hose end. Do not remove the hose from the steel tube end.
- Remove the plastic clip to turbocharged housing screw.
- Remove the banjo bolt (3) from the coolant supply line at the turbocharger.
- Remove the coolant supply tube (4) from the brass fitting at the cylinder block. Hold brass fitting with a wrench to prevent it from spinning.
- If damaged, remove the brass fitting from the engine block.
