Charge Air Cooler

  1. Remove upper radiator closure panel (2). Refer to Body/Exterior/PANEL, Closure - Removal
  2. Remove the upper charge air inlet tube (4) from the charge air cooler and the inlet elbow (5).

  3. Remove the lower charge air outlet tube (3).
  4. Remove charge air cooler mounting bolts (5).
  5. Remove charge air cooler (4).
