MANIFOLD, Exhaust: Installation: SRT4

NOTE: When installing exhaust manifold bolts, apply Mopar® Lock and Seal to bolts 5,6,7,8.
  1. Install a new exhaust manifold gasket DO NOT APPLY SEALER  .
  2. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts to 34 N.m (25 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install turbocharger. See Engine/Turbocharger System/TURBOCHARGER - Installation .

  4. Connect negative cable at battery (3).

  5. Install air inlet duct (2).
