Diesel Engine

1 - GENERATOR
2 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT
3 - IDLER PULLEY
4 - A/C COMPRESSOR
5 - POWER STEERING PUMP
6 - CRANKSHAFT PULLEY/VIBRATION DAMPER
7 - BELT TENSIONER PULLEY
8 - BELT TENSIONER
  1. Remove accessory drive belt. See Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Removal .
  2. Remove tensioner bracket mounting bolts.
  3. Remove tensioner assembly from engine.
  4. If idler pulley is to be replaced, remove pulley from tensioner.
