BELT, Serpentine: Installation: Diesel

NOTE:
When installing accessory drive belt, be sure belt is routed around all accessories correctly.
- Install belt over all pulleys except for the power steering pump pulley (5). See Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Removal .
- Using a wrench, rotate belt tensioner (8) clockwise until belt can be installed onto power steering pump pulley (5). Release spring tension onto belt.
- Install belt splash shield. See Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Removal .
- Lower vehicle from hoist.
