Instrument Panel

NOTE:
LHD driver side air outlet shown. RHD and passenger side outlet similar.
NOTE:
Take the proper precautions to protect the faces of the instrument panels and covers from cosmetic damage while performing this procedure.
- Depending on the air outlet being serviced, remove the steering column opening cover or the IP base panel. Refer to Body/Instrument Panel/COVER, Steering Column Opening - Removal or Body/Instrument Panel/PANEL, Instrument - Removal .
- Place the steering column opening cover or IP base panel on a workbench.
- Remove the four screws (1) that secure the air outlet (2) to the cover or panel (3) and remove the outlet.
