Diagnostic Test

RADIO
1. Replace the problem CD with a good, clean, unscratched, music CD.
2. Turn the radio CD player on.
3. With the scan tool, read DTCs.
  Does the scan tool display: B1421 AUDIO CD READ ERROR/INOPERABLE DISC?
  
  Yes
  - Eject the inoperative CD and replace the CD in accordance with the Service Information.
  - Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Totally Integrated Power (TIPM) - Standard Procedure .
  No
  - Test Complete.
