Axle Seal: Removal

- Raise vehicle on hoist.
- Remove halfshaft(s) and intermediate shaft assembly if necessary. (Refer to DIFFERENTIAL & DRIVELINE/HALF SHAFT - REMOVAL)
- Using suitable screwdriver, remove axle seal (1) from transaxle case. Use care not to damage seal bore. See Fig 1.
