Axle Seal: Installation

| 1 - INSTALLER 8916 |
- Using Installer 8916 (1), install new axle seal. Drive seal until flush with case. See Fig 1.
- Install halfshaft s) and intermediate shaft assembly (if removed). (Refer to DIFFERENTIAL & DRIVELINE/HALF SHAFT - INSTALLATION)
- Check transaxle fluid level. (Refer to TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE/MANUAL/FLUID - STANDARD PROCEDURE)
- Lower vehicle.
