Section 79 (Interior & Exterior (1 Of 2)): Hood: Hinge: Removal

- Open and support hood on the side that requires service.
- Remove the cowl grille screen (Refer to BODY/EXTERIOR/SCREEN-COWL GRILLE - REMOVAL) .
- Mark all hinge attachment locations with a grease pencil or other suitable device to provide reference marks for reinstallation.
- Remove the nuts that secure the hinge (2) to the hood (1) and fender (3) and remove the hinge.
