Rail Seals-Folding Top: Removal

- Prior to removing the rail seals (1 and 2), determine the correct number of shims that will be required for installation.
- Adhere tape to the side glass and mark the position of each rail seal in the fore/aft and up/down direction. This step is critical for positioning the new seals.
- Using a 04.0 mm drill bit, remove the four rivets on each rear rail seal.
- Remove the old seal and retainer assemblies.
