Rail Seals-Folding Top: Installation

1 - CONTOUR BOW 2 SEAL
2 - C-POST LINKAGE SEAL
  1. Position the new rail seals and retainer assemblies.
  2. Verify that the holes in the canopy are lined up with the holes in the rear seal and retainer (2) and install the rear seal and retainer using blind rivets (four per side).
  3. Align front seals (1) to the marks located on the tape on the side glass and install the correct amount of shims.
  4. Install the screws that secure the front rail seals. Tighten the screws to 5.5 N.m (49 in. lbs.).
  5. Remove the tape from the side glass.
