Section 75 (1.6L SOHC Engine): Damper-Vibration: Removal

- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Raise vehicle on hoist.
- Remove the right wheel and accessory drive belt splash shield.
- Remove accessory drive belt (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELT - REMOVAL) .
- Remove crankshaft vibration damper bolt. Remove damper using Puller 1026 (1) and Crankshaft Damper Removal Insert 6827A (2). See Fig 1.
