1 - GENERATOR

2 - ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT

3 - IDLER PULLEY

4 - A/C COMPRESSOR

5 - POWER STEERING PUMP

6 - CRANKSHAFT PULLEY/VIBRATION DAMPER

7 - BELT TENSIONER PULLEY

8 - BELT TENSIONER

NOTE: When installing accessory drive belt, be sure belt is routed around all accessories correctly.

Install belt over all pulleys except for the power steering pump (5) pulley, (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - REMOVAL) .

Using a wrench, rotate belt tensioner (8) clockwise until belt can be installed onto power steering pump (5) pulley. Release spring tension onto belt.

1 - RIGHT MOUNT BOLT ACCESS PLUG

2 - FASCIA

3 - SPLASH SHIELD

4 - CRANKSHAFT BOLT ACCESS PLUG

Install belt splash shield (3), (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - REMOVAL) .
Lower vehicle from hoist.
