Diagnostic Test

  1. INTERMITTENT CONDITION 
    1. Turn the ignition on.
    2. Turn the Park Lamps on.
    3. Using the scan tool, read active DTCs.

      Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

      Yes 

      • Go to step  2

      No 

  2. PARK LAMP OPERATION 
    1. Turn the Park Lamps off.

      Are the Park Lamps illuminated?

      Yes 

      No 

      • Go to step  3
  3. (L777) PARK LAMP CONTROL OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN

    1. Turn the ignition off.
    2. Disconnect the TIPM C3 harness connector.
    3. Disconnect the Right Front Park Lamp.
    4. Measure the resistance of the (L777) Park Lamp Control Output circuit.

      Is the resistance above 10.0 Ohms?

      Yes 

      No
