Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
FUEL INJECTOR 4 CONNECTOR OR WIRING
(K343) FUSED ASD RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
(K14) INJECTOR 4 CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(K14) INJECTOR 4 CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K14) INJECTOR 4 CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
FUEL INJECTOR 4
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
