Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
ESP SYSTEM DTC PRESENT

For gasoline engines, always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  . 

This is an informational DTC only. One or more Electronic Stability Program (ESP) system DTCs are present. Refer to DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Antilock Brake (ABS) - Diagnosis and Testing .
