NOTE:
The tensioner pulley (1), bracket (3), and pivot bolt (2) is serviced as an assembly.
- Inspect pulley (1) for free movement. Replace if pulley is loose, seized, or rough turning.
- Inspect pulley bearing and seal. Replace if damaged.
- Inspect pivot bolt (2) for free movement in assembly housing. Replace assembly if seized or excessive looseness.
