3.0L Diesel

1 - EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE
2 - MAIN ENGINE WIRING HARNESS
3 - FUEL INJECTOR WIRING HARNESS
4 - LEFT FUEL RAIL
  1. Clean EGR valve sealing surfaces.
  2. Lubricate the seal and install the EGR valve in intake manifold. Tighten EGR valve retaining bolts to 9 N.m (80 lbs.in).
  3. Connect the EGR valve wiring harness connector.
  4. Install engine cover. Refer to Engine - Installation
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Electrical/Battery System/CABLES, Battery - Installation
