VALVE, Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV): Installation: 2.7L

  1. Install Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve (2) to cylinder cover (1).
  2. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Engine/Manifolds/MANIFOLD, Intake - Installation .

  3. Install the PCV hose (2) to PCV valve (1).

  4. Install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve tube. See Emissions Control/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/TUBE, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) - Installation .
  5. Install the air inlet hose (1) to throttle body. Tighten Clamp (2).
