- Drain cooling system. See Cooling - Standard Procedure .
- Remove upper and lower intake manifold. Refer to Engine/Manifolds/MANIFOLD, Intake - Removal and. Refer to Engine/Manifolds/MANIFOLD, Intake - Removal .
- Position lower intake manifold upside down on bench and remove the tube retaining bolt (5).
- Remove heater supply tube (4) from manifold and discard O-ring (2).
