TUBE, Heater Hose, Supply: Installation: 5.7L/6.1L

- Position heater tubes into water pump housing.
- Install mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (88 in. lbs.).
- Install heater hose onto heater tubes.
- Install intake manifold. Refer to Engine/Manifolds/MANIFOLD, Intake - Installation .
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill cooling system. See Cooling - Standard Procedure .
- Start vehicle and check for cooling system leaks.
