Front Output Shaft Seal

1 - SPANNER WRENCH 6958

2 - FRONT OUTPUT SHAFT FLANGE

Remove the front propeller shaft. Refer to REMOVAL .
Using Spanner Wrench 6958 (1), remove the front output shaft flange (2) nut. See Fig 1.

1 - PULLER

2 - FRONT OUTPUT SHAFT FLANGE
Using a suitable 2 or 3 jaw puller (1), remove the front output shaft flange (2). See Fig 2.

1 - SEAL

2 - TRANSFER CASE

3 - PRY TOOL
Using a suitable pry tool (1), remove the output shaft seal (2) from the transfer case (2). See Fig 3.
