Exhaust Manifold - Right Side

4 - HEAT SHIELD
  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Remove power distribution box.
  3. Loosen the power distribution box mounting bracket.
  4. Unfasten, and relocate the wire harness mounted on the right hand inner fender panel.
  5. Remove the bottom row of bolts from manifold from under vehicle.
  6. Support and raise the vehicle on a hoist.
  7. Remove the exhaust pipe as an assembly.
  8. Remove the lower splash shield.
  9. Remove starter (1) and heat shield (4).
  10. Remove knock sensor.
  11. Remove the top row of bolts from manifold from under the hood.
  12. Remove the manifold from under vehicle.
