- Position heater tubes into water pump housing.
- Install mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (88 in. lbs.).
- Install heater hose onto heater tubes.
- Install intake manifold (Refer to ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - INSTALLATION) and INSTALLATION .
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
- Start vehicle and check for cooling system leaks.
