175MM FIA Front Axle Assembly

- Raise and support vehicle. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove both front halfshafts. See REMOVAL .
- Remove front intermediate shaft assembly. See REMOVAL .
- Remove front propeller shaft. See REMOVAL .
- Remove RH catalytic converter/exhaust pipe assembly. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Separate power steering return line (3) from cradle by unfastening clips (1). See Fig 1.
- Remove front axle housing support bracket (1). See Fig 2.
- Remove seven front axle assembly-to-oil pan bolts. Remove axle assembly (1) from vehicle. See Fig 3.
