Pinion Assembly Height Measurement

  1. Install measuring sleeve 9681-1 (1) over pinion assembly (2). See Fig 1.

  2. Install Scooter Block (2) and dial Indicator on (1) measuring sleeve 9681-1(3). See Fig 2.
  3. Record reading on the dial indicator. The dial indicator reading represents the amount that this particular assembly deviates from the design height.
