- Position heater tubes into water pump housing.
- Install mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (88 in. lbs.).
- Install heater hose onto heater tubes.
- Install intake manifold. Refer to INSTALLATION (5.7L). Refer to INSTALLATION (6.1L).
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Start vehicle and check for cooling system leaks.
