- Disconnect negative battery cable at battery.
- Drain cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove radiator hose at thermostat housing (1).NOTE: Thermostat o-ring is part of thermostat (2) and is not serviced separately.
- Remove thermostat housing mounting bolts (3), thermostat housing (1) and thermostat (2).
