- Install water pump and mounting bolts (2). Tighten mounting bolts to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.).
- Make sure double ended bolt (3) is in the proper location. Tighten double ended bolt to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.).
- Install thermostat. See INSTALLATION .
- Install accessory drive belt. See INSTALLATION .
- Install the radiator fan assembly. See INSTALLATION .
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Pressure test cooling system. See DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
